General Nutritional Consultations
Prices include analysis of a full case history after completion of a nutritional questionnaire, individual advice for your condition and the preparation of handouts for you to take away.

Health packages
Silver | £290 for one initial consultation and 3 follow-up appointments. (Total payment due at the first consultation and all 4 appointments must be used within 3 months) |
Gold | £390 for a food sensitivity test, one full nutritional consultation and 3 follow-up appointments. (Total payment due at the first consultation and all 5 appointments must be used within 4 months) |
Platinum | £580 for a food sensitivity test, one full nutritional consultation and 6, fortnightly follow-up appointments. (Total payment due at the first consultation and all 8 appointments must be used within 14 weeks) |
Health MOT
Health MOT | 60 minutes | £100 |
This includes blood pressure, weight, BMI, body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass and basal metabolic rate and an analysis of a 3 day food diary. You will be given a test report and, nutritional and life style recommendations, including supplements, if required.
Supplements
The cost of any supplements suggested will not be covered by the consultation fees. Only the best quality supplements will be recommended by myself. If clients decide to choose their own versions, I cannot guarantee the same results.
The price of supplements is not included in the consultation charges.
Talks
Talks and workshops prices vary according to length, content and numbers.

Functional Tests
Costs vary and are charged to the client When needed, functional testing is a means by which clients can get specific information about a certain health issue.
These include:
- Adrenal stress Index
- Amino acid profile
- Cardiovascular health
- Chemical intolerance
- The Dutch Test for adrenal and sex hormones
- Essential Fatty acid screen
- Food intolerance
- Genetic testing – dnalife and DNAFit
- Gut health, including: beneficial and harmful bacterial profile, parasitology, Candida albicans and other yeasts and gut permeability
- Histamine intolerance
- Homocysteine levels
- Hormone profiles- male and female
- Liver function
- Mineral and vitamin status
- Neurotransmitter levels
- Osteoporosis risk
- Thyroid function
- Toxic metal load
The tests may require blood, saliva, urine or stool samples
The client will need to arrange for an NHS, or private clinic to take blood samples for testing
Payment
Payment is accepted in cash, cheque or bank transfer. Sorry, debit/credit card payments cannot be processed at present.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation (except in exceptional circumstances) are charged at half the consultation fee.
